The Board of Directors of Bindura Nickel Corporation announced that, taking effect from 11th November 2013, unless otherwise indicated, Mr. D.E.H. Murangari steps down as Managing Director on retirement. However, he will continue to serve on the Board in a Non-Executive capacity as Deputy Chairman.

David was appointed Managing Director of BNC in May 2007. and led the Company during the very difficult period of care and Maintenance between November 2008 and June 2012. He continued to provide leadership during the Rights Offer and Private Placement process which was successfully concluded in September 2012.

Mr. Batirai Manhando is promoted to the position of Managing Director. Consequently, the position of Chief Operating Officer, which he occupied previously, is dissolved.

He has vast experience (in excess of 21 years) in business leadership, operations management, project management and systems development and implementation, acquired withing the mining industry.
