NMB announced the appointment of Ben Zwinkles representing AfricInvest, Cheikh Ndiaye representing the Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. and Deepak Malik representing the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries as non-executive directors with effect from January 31.

Ben Chikwanha and Maureen Svova have also been appointed independent non-executive directors.

Meanwhile Locadia Majonga and James de la Fargue resigned as non-executive directors with effect from November 20, 2013. J de la Farque remains an alternate director to Jonathan Chenevix-Trench.

Francis Zimuto and Benson Ndachena resigned as executive directors with effect from November 20 last year but remain employees of the group.
