Young Africa, a Mozambican association, aims at the empowerment of underprivileged young people. At Young Africa Agri-Tech in Dondo we offer agricultural skills training and a wide scope of community services. For the management of a new programme at Agri-Tech we are looking for a dedicated and inspiring coordinator, who reports to the Director of Young Africa Mozambique and works together with the Centre Manager of Young Africa Agri-Tech.

Job description
Coordinate implementation of the programme; Fulfil narrative and financial reporting requirements to the donor; Report progress to the Director of YA Mozambique; Track progress of the programme; Liaise with the Administrator on financial control of the programme; Implement the M&E tools of the programme; Public relations with partners of the programme; Organise capacity building programmes for staff involved; Raise funds for YA Mozambique.

Minimum qualifications required
Relevant licenciatura or equivalent degree (preferably in development studies); Knowledge of and practical experience in agriculture; 5 years working experience in project and international grant management level, preferably within an NGO; Solid experience with M&E; Clean class 4 driver's license; Computer literacy; Written and spoken fluency in English (C2) and Portuguese (C1).

Working conditions, salary and benefits are comparable to similar local Mozambican organisations. Relocation to Mozambique is a must.
