Shareholders are informed that the 47th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held in the Boardroom, 19th Floor, ZB Life Towers, 77Jason Moyo Avenue, Harare on Thursday, 27 February 2014 at 12:00 hours for the normal business conducted at such meetings.

Special business relates to the renewal of the share buy-back under the same terms and conditions as approved at the 2013 AGM, for another financial period.
