Cottco Holdings Limited Board of directors and management wishes to notify shareholders, stakeholders and the public the following approval of a name change by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 December 2013, AICO Africa Limited has changed its name to COTTCO HOLDINGS LIMITED and its address has changed to Number 1 Lytton Road, Workington, Harare or P.O. Box 2697 Harare. The above changes are effective 28 February 2014. The necessary regulatory approvals have been granted.
