The Board of Directors of Pioneer Corporation Africa Limited wishes to advise all its valued shareholders that the Company is currently engaged in negotiations that may result in transactions that could have a material impact on the value of the Company's shares.

In the meantime, the Board wishes to advise shareholders of the Company and investors to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
