The Directors of Zimre Holdings Limited and Nicoz Diamond Insurance Limited wish to advise shareholders that the companies are engaged in negotiations for the disposal and acquisition, respectively, of a business, which if successful, may impact on the value of their share.

The Directors therefore advise shareholders to exercise caution in the trading of their of Zimre Holdings Limited as well as Nicoz Diamond Insurance Limited shares.
