Further to an earlier cautionary announcement, the Directors of Zimre Holdings Limited and Nicoz Diamond Insurance Limited wish to advise shareholders that the companies are still engaged in negotiations for the disposal and acquisition, respectively, of a business, which if successful, may impact on the value of their shares.

Shareholders are thus advised to exercise caution in the trading of their Zimre Holdings Limited as well as Nicoz Diamond Limited shares..
