Further to the renewal of the cautionary announcement on 28 May 2014 by ABC Holdings Limited ("the Company") in relation to the Atlas Mara transaction first published on 1 April 2014, Shareholders are advised that the process of obtaining regulatory and other approvals is still ongoing.

Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
