Zimbabwean-owned firm, Vavaki Architects has been awarded a tender for a $74 million construction project in Rwanda.

The firm, which is based in the United Kingdom, has already worked on several projects in the region and is anticipating further growth as it leverages on international experience and the anticipated boom in the construction industry in Sub Saharan Africa.

Vavaki co-founder Paida Hlambelo indicated the $74 million project in Kigali, was one of the many projects the firm is working on, among them the Kigali Heights Development, also in the same city.
