African Chrome Fields (ACF) owners, the Moti group has purchased about 15 000 hectares (ha) of lithium claims around the Mutoko area in an expansion drive to see the group embark on diamond beneficiation as well, it has emerged.

Moti Group chairperson Zunaid Moti yesterday said the group had acquired the claims over time whilst most investors avoided investing in Zimbabwe during Mugabe's leadership.
