From their presentation at the analyst briefing after announcing their half year results NicozDiamond managing director, Mrs Grace Muradzikwa said that retaining human capital skills was one of their looking ahead strategies for the company.

She explained that the strategy will enhance the growth and efficiency of the company.

Human development is an investment that has great benefits for both the country and companies at a microeconomic level.

In these dynamic times where physical capital investment and human capital investment in terms of talent and innovation have been at par in their contribution to economic growth, this has been witnessed in the East Asian economies.
