CBZ Holdings Limited announces the appointment of Mr. Richard Victor Wilde as Chairman of the board with effect from 20 February 2014.

Mr. Wilde is a former Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe from 1986 to 1996.

He also has been the Chairman of CBZ Bank Limited board since 1998 and was appointed to the CBZ Holdings Limited board as a Non-executive Director in 2012.

Mr. Wilde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology and an Honours Degree in Economics from Rhodes University.

He is currently an Economics and Business Studies teacher at Hellenic Academy.
