SALES MANAGER - LAGERS (D) - OPERATIONS NORTH
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the above post that has arisen in the Sales and Distribution Department at Lagers. The incumbent will report to the Sales and Distribution Executive - Lagers.
The position inter-alia presents the following challenges:
Achieving monthly sales targets.
Setting, tracking and controlling of sales targets to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Managing Customer development, Prospecting, Order Generation and executing the Look of Success in Trade to ensure growth of business with every single customer
Managing all executional elements of Commercial activities at the point of sale such as equipment management, Merchandising, incentives and compliance
Ensuring effective implementation of all sales programs and Sales drivers.
Ensuring adherence to sales policies and procedures.
Ensuring adequate refrigeration in the area of operation and high standard of both brand quality and visibility.
Carrying out market audits and visits.
Competitor activity tracking.
Supervision, coaching and mentoring of subordinate work activities.
Leveraging Information, tools, technology, human talent and performance measures as enablers in driving the sales process
The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/BBS or equivalent.
A professional qualification such as IMM would be an added advantage.
At least 3 years' experience in Sales, Distribution and Marketing environment.
A Class 4 Driver's License.
Aged between 25 and 35 years.
Strong level of Commercial competence.
