ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER

A mining concern operating In Matabeleland North Province seeks to employ the services of a qualified and experienced engineering services manager.

Reporting to: Mine Manager

Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc (Honours) Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience with 3 years at managerial level
- Working knowledge of the Mine Management and Safety Regulations
- Previous experience with jaw-crushers and earthmoving equipment a necessity
- Conversant with Safety Health and Environment issues on the mines

Key Result Areas:
- Maintenance, planning and execution
- Project formulation and management
- In-house designs and implementation
- Overall plant and equipment availability
- Cost Control
- Man Management
