Women's Coalition of Zimbabwe, (WCOZ) a National network of women's rights organisations and individual activists that advocates for women and girl rights in Zimbabwe, seeks to recruit a vibrant, efficient, self-driven, highly motivated, enthusiastic team player for the above-mentioned vacancy.

Job summary
To coordinate and provide technical support for WCoZ staff, members, and stakeholders in WCoZ programmes design and implementation in conformity with grant and partnership agreements

Roles and responsibilities
Develops and maintains programme management systems, plans and strategies that ensure programme and reporting quality; Assists the National Coordinator on the planning, implementation and monitoring of the organisation's programmes and grants management operations; Coordinates projects implementing partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries selection, capacity development and management; Leads Strategic Planning exercise for programmes department; Consolidates Programmes Reports; Develops sound strategic policies and procedures for Programmes Department in consultation with the National Coordinator; Supervises and manages programmes staff members and implementing partners ensuring that programmes are implemented according to plans and grant agreements and coordinating WCoZ programmes resource mobilisation and management initiatives.

Qualifications
A Master's Degree in Development, Social Sciences, or any equivalent academic qualifications; A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, 3 years of which should be at senior level in coordinating multi stakeholder programmes. Experience in women's right's programming is an added advantage; Must possess a clean valid class 4 driver's license; Maintain the highest level of professionalism when dealing with development and implementing partners, stakeholders, project participants and staff; Managing and Executing multiple tasks
