The public is hereby advised that the ZSE invites comments on the First Draft of the revised ZSE Listing Requirements issued on 10 March 2014.

The consultation period runs from 10 March 2014 to 10 April 2014. A proposal for input on the current listings last reviewed in February 2002, was sent in June 2013 to an earmarked group of stakeholders.

Unless input from the public is of a general nature, comments must be specific and cross-referenced to the relevant section(s) in the First Draft.

A Second Draft will be issued in due course once stakeholders' input has been considered.

The public can access a soft copy of the First Draft from the ZSE's Listing Department and on the ZSE Data Portal. Physical copies can be requested from the ZSE Listing Department at a nominal fee of $25. Responses should be sent to listingsrules@zse.co.zw or contact Lina Mushanguri on (04) 701420.

All comments should be received by 1630 hours on 10 April 2014.
