NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in terms of an order of court dated 20 August 2014, the High Court of Zimbabwe has ordered that a meeting in terms of Section 191(1)of the Companies Act [Chapter 24:03], of the ordinary shareholders, other than excluded parties of the Applicant, being Masawara Mauritius Limited and FMI Investments (Private) Limited in respect of the shares held by them ("the excluded members") Registered as such at 17:00 hours Friday 12 September 2014 ("the Scheme Members"), be held under the chairmanship of Mr. Justice Moses Chinhengo, or failing him any other suitably qualified person, at Sango Conference Centre, Cresta Lodge, Corner Samora Machel Avenue East/ Robert Mugabe Road Harare at 09:00 hours on Tuesday, 16 September 2014...
