On a week-on-week basis, the ZSE's mainstream Industrial Index improved by 1, 70 percent.

In today's trades, the Industrial Index gained 0.33 points to close at 210.61 ahead of the Heroes and Defence Forces holidays.

CFI again led the risers adding $0, 0293 to close at $0, 6100, while Zimplow put on $0, 0090 to $0, 0539 while SeedCo was up by $0, 0086 to end at $1, 4886.

NMB moved up $0, 0082 to trade at $0, 0496 while Dairibord was $0, 0050 stronger at $0, 0750.

Telecoms giant Econet was the only counter in the negative losing $0, 0029 to close at $0, 4200.

The Mining index shed 0.07 points to settle at 74.04 after BNC inched down $0, 0001 to end at $0, 0299.

Falgold, Hwange and RioZim remained unchanged at previous trading levels at $0, 0120, $0, 0260 and $0, 6025 respectively.

Week on week Mining index added 0.12 points (0.16%).
