Listed Axia Corporation Limited has reported a 26 percent increase in revenue to $248.3 million in the year to June 20, 2017 from $197.5 million reported in the prior year.

This resulted in a 10.8 percent in earnings before tax and interest (Ebit). The company reported Ebit of $22.1 million during the reviewed period from $20 million reported in 2016.

Board chairperson Luke Ngwerume said the spurred growth in sales over the comparative period owing to well marketed and merchandised stores and a shift towards formal channel.
