The Scheme of Arrangement between Starafricacorporation Limited and its lenders and creditors ("the Scheme") was overwhelmingly voted for at the creditors' meetings held on 5 June 2013.

The Scheme was sanctioned by the High Court on 7 August 2013 and registered with the Registrar of Companies on 14 August 2013.

The Scheme requires that updates be furnished to all Scheme Members. The Scheme provides for a grace period of 6 months commencing 7 August 2013 and expiring on 6 February 2014.

This means that the first payments to lenders and creditors will be made on or before 7 February 2014.
