Chemco publishes an update on the suspension of trading in the company’s shares saying the company is still engaged in discussions on a transaction that may have a material impact on the value of the company’s shares.

Trading in the company’s shares remain suspended since August 3, 2012 and the board and the majority shareholder are working on the resolution of the suspension.

An update will be provided in 3 months time or on the lifting of the suspension, whichever occurs first.
