Further to the publication dated 21 August 2013 informing shareholders of the postponement of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') that had been scheduled for 22 August 2013, notice is hereby given that the Fifty-first AGM of the National Tyre Services Limited will now be held at National Tyre Services Limited Boardroom, Stand 4608, Corner Cripps/Seke Roads, Graniteside, Harare on Friday 20 September 2013 at 1430 hours.
