All Padenga shareholders are hereby advised that Innscor Africa Limited has ceased performing share transfer secretarial services for Padenga Holdings Limited with effect from 28th February 2014 and has transferred these services to CORPSERVE REGISTRARS (PRIVATE) LIMITED with effect from 1st March 2014.
