The Directors of Willdale Limited would like to announce the results of the rights offer of 3,255,000 (three million two hundred and fifty-five thousand) 10% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares at a subscription price of $1.00 each. Under the rights offer, Willdale Limited sought to raise US$3,255,000 (three million two hundred and fifty five thousand United States dollars) from eligible shareholders.

- Subscription rate: 14.77%

The 10% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Share Certificates will be mailed to shareholders on or about 10 June 2014.
