ZANU-PF's Mashonaland East provincial chairperson and businessman Ray Kaukonde is set to increase his shareholding in Innscor Africa as part of the group's indigenisation plan.

Through his investment vehicle Muzika Rubi Holdings, Kaukonde, already holds slightly more than 2% of the group's shares.

Kaukonde has a long established relationship with the Innscor group including the 50:50 partnership with regards Brooke and Joina City Spars, which started on July 1, 2013.
