ZB Building Society is set to fund the construction of a multi-million dollar commercial and industrial park in the town of Ruwa, the Building Society mortgages' supervisor Mr. William Mukarwi revealed.
 
The centre, to be known as Springvale Industrial Park will consist of among others offices and shopping malls.
 
The park will have over 100 stands.

ZB Building Society will also undertake its first residential housing project in Ruwa with stands costing between $11 000 and $22 000 depending on size.

The project has close to 800 stands.

A total of 400 houses will be built under the first phase of the project while 398 will be build under phase two.
