Further to the cautionary statement which appeared on the 6th of November 2013, in which shareholders were informed of a notice that had been received from Lengrah Investments (Private) Limited, trading as BCM Hotels and Real Estates and its mandatory offer to acquire the shares of all minority shareholders, we advise that discussions are still ongoing in this regard.
