Further to the Cautionary Statement which appeared on the 5th of December 2013 in which shareholders were informed of a notice that had been received from Lengrah Investments (Private) Limited, trading as BCM Hotels and Real Estate, and its mandatory offer to acquire the shares of minority shareholders wishing to accept the offer and the subsequent reminder thereof.

We wish to advise shareholders that the offer is being compiled in accordance with the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listing requirements and will be announced to shareholders once completed and approved.

Shareholders should continue to exercise caution when trading their shares.
