Notice is hereby given that in terms of an Order of Court dated 1 June 2016, the High Court of Zimbabwe has ordered in accordance with Section 191 of the Companies Act (Chapter 24.03) the Scheme Meetings of the secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the applicant be convened under the Chairmanship of Andrew Lawson for the purposes of considering and if deemed fit the proposed Scheme of Arrangement proposed by the Applicant with its secured and unsecured creditors.
